These guidelines represent my commitment to mutual respect, privacy, and the integrity of the sacred space we create together during our tarot or coaching sessions.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your trust is the foundation of our work together. These policies exist to ensure that our sessions remain a safe, respectful, and protected space for your personal growth and spiritual exploration. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms regarding your data and privacy.
Contact & Identification
We only collect the essential information required to facilitate your booking and maintain communication. This includes your name, email address, and phone number. This data is used exclusively for scheduling, reminders, and professional follow-ups related to your sessions.
Booking & Payment Data
Transactional data is handled through secure, encrypted third-party processors. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial details on our local servers. Your transaction history is kept strictly for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
Session Notes & Confidentiality
Your privacy during and after a session is paramount. Any notes taken during your tarot sessions are for my professional use only, to track your journey and progress. These notes are stored in a secure, digital format and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit, written consent, except in rare cases where required by a legal subpoena or reported immediate risk of harm.

Tarot Reading Terms
Tarot sessions at Guidance By Neeko are offered as entertainment, a tool for intuitive reflection, and self-exploration. These readings are meant to provide perspective on your current journey and should not be taken as absolute predictions of the future. I am not a psychic. I am not a fortune teller. As the client, you retain full agency and free will in how you interpret and act upon the insights shared during our session.

Coaching Terms
Life coaching services focus on personal growth, goal setting, and behavioral alignment. While I am committed to supporting your transformation, there are no guarantees of specific outcomes. Success in coaching is a collaborative effort rooted in your personal commitment and responsibility for the actions you choose to take. A separate coaching agreement will be provided should we choose to work together.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations
We respect your time and ours. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations after that attract a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made through your booking confirmation email or via email.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and we accommodate changes whenever possible, you may incur a fee. A session may be rescheduled up to two times before it is considered canceled.
